ADME/Toxicology
Seeking Research Faculty in DMPK evaluation of novel drug molecules including but not limited to 1) AUC, F%, T1/2. VD, CL and active metabolite identification by MS. Tissue distribution and histology experience is needed but not required. The assistant will be a part of the drug discovery team and will keep a standard laboratory notebook, investigate research reactions, participate in mechanism learning sessions and research meetings, provide weekly reports and a yearly progress summary.
Chemist (Post-Doc.)
We continue to seek qualified chemists in synthetic organic chemistry to support the discovery of novel drug molecules. Experience should include but not limited to 1) organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms, 2) asymmetric catalysis 3) compound purification, 4) routine, NMR and mass spectroscopy, The chemist will be a part of the drug discovery team and will keep a standard laboratory notebook, investigate research reactions, participate in mechanism learning sessions and research meetings, provide weekly reports and a yearly progress summary.

Computational Chemist (Post Doc.)
We seek qualified computational chemists to support the discovery of novel drug molecules. Research projects will include but are not limited to the design new compounds, development and application of computational methods for the identification/optimization of lead compounds for protein targets implicated in a wide variety of human diseases. Experience should include but not limited to 1) protein-ligand binding - docking 2) QSAR, CoMFA 3) protein structure prediction 4) molecular dynamics simulation 5) develop compound libraries. The candidate possess good programming skills in Fortran, C++,
UNIX shell scripting, and proficiency in UNIX/Linux OS is a PLUS.
